First follow-up course M1
The course consists of five sessions. Sometimes the course is over one or two weekends, or it is a drop-in concept where you can attend the sessions (modules) you want.
If you have learnt Acem Meditation, participating in the First Follow-up course/session will increase your understanding of the meditation process and enhance the effects of meditation.
We start each session with 30 min group meditation and each session has a specific topic:

The Meditation Sound ( module 1)
The group meditation is followed by discussion on different aspects of The Meditation sound, based on questions like: How do you perceive the meditation sound during meditation? What’s the correct frequency of the sound? What is meant by “the meditation sound should be non-assosiative”?, etc

Concentration (module 2)
The group meditation is followed by discussion on different aspects of Concentration in Acem Meditation, based on questions like: What are the different types of concentration and how do they affect Acem Meditation? How can concentration reduce the benefit of Acem Meditation? What is meant by “Concentration in Acem Meditation is a representation of tensions and limitations” ?, etc. -
Free Mental Attitude (module 3)
The group meditation is followed by discussion on different aspects of A Free Mental Attitude in Acem Meditation, based on questions like: How do we establish a free mental attitude? How do expectations influence the Free Mental Attitude in Acem Meditation, etc. -
Metathoughts (module 4)
The group meditation is followed by discussion based on questions like: How can we evaluate the quality of our meditation? Is there a connection between a comfortable and a “correct” meditation? How can we deal with meta-thoughts in our meditation?, etc. -
Meditation Habits (module 5)
The group meditation followed by discussion, based on questions like: what can be the reasons for periods of irregular meditation practice? How will actualization in Acem Meditation affect our meditation habits? What is important in order to maintain our motivation to meditate?, etc.
