International Young Retreat
Welcome to the sixth edition of the International Young Retreat, in the beautiful Swedish countryside.
Relaxing. Refreshing. Good for your soul. Perfect for you who are between 17 and 35 and want to explore your meditation. Participation at the retreat does not require a daily meditation practice.
The retreat is especially adapted to those attending a retreat for the first time, but is also an annual tradition for more experienced meditators.
If you haven't already learned to meditate, it is possible to learn it at the retreat. See HERE for more information.
You can check in from 15:00 and meditate in your own room.
Long meditations
One aim of the retreat is to help you master the three-hour level of long meditations. Acem Meditation provides a calmer and more receptive frame of mind. Deep layers of mental stress and muscular tension loosen up, and you can get in touch with yourself in new ways.
Daily guidance
Small guidance groups led by experienced instructors provide you with ample opportunity to discuss your meditative experiences. This enhances meditation skills and deepens insights into central personal issues.
Evening seminars
Evening seminars explore the psychology of meditation and help you to enhance your meditative practice.
Yoga
Daily sessions of basic Acem Yoga have a refreshing effect and facilitate the practice of long meditations.
Social interaction
The activities of the retreat will enable rich and varied social interactions in an international milieu.
